Shipping and Delivery

We offer free delivery all over Israel, with direct delivery to your nearest post office. Our delivery times are generally within 8 - 14 days. Delivery times may vary for each item even if they are ordered at the same time.

You are able to view all of your orders online by logging into your account and choosing order history. You will receive more information about estimated delivery times in the order confirmation email sent after your order has been placed.

Please note that purchases over $50 will be charged VAT and customs by the Israel Tax Authority, when you pick up your orders at your local post office. This might also delay the delivery of the items by a few days. VAT of 16% is charged on books, DVDs and CDs, while customs duties of 5% are charged on DVDs and CDs only.
