We collect your information primarily for proof, contact, delivery; and billing purposes. Under no circumstances will your information be shared with, sold to, or disclosed to any third party, except where required by law. Bookshop.co.il does not save the customer's credit card information on it's site. For purchases made on our site we offer two options. Credit Card payments on our site are made using Pelecard (www.pelecard.com), Israel's secure and leading payment gateway. Customer also have the option to pay via PayPal, the worlds leading online payment method. For more information on PayPal, please visit www.paypal.com
- Returns & Replacements
- Received items can be returned for a refund within 7 days, provided they remain in the same condition. Before returning the items, please contact us with the details of your order for further instructions. Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to ensure safe return of the item at the customer's own expense, unless the item received was damaged or sent in error. Should you receive any items that you did not order, or that prove to be faulty, please contact us with the details of your order for a full refund.

- Our books are priced in US Dollars - there is a select currency dropdown menu at the top right of the homepage to change the currency display into Israeli Shekel. We charge in US Dollars. For customs and VAT, please consult the Customs & VAT section.
